I agree with this line of thought about being just the "money guy" to a point, but the fact remains that TM is the "voice" of POET right now for us. He announced the new inclusive communication policy and then didn't really produce.
Even if Shelton is writing the speeches for him and pens the wording of NR's for him, he is still the guy that appointed himself as the "communications guy" for the company back when he issued the gag order on Shelton and declared only "necessary" information would be distributed. So he can say no, I don't like it, to whatever they produceĀ
It isn't so hard to reassure shareholders, even if it's a small "everybody is healthy and we are on track"
Don't say you will have NREs and then don't, don't say warrants are extended because of Covid, when that's not the reason and don't use weasel words that create ambiguity when simple language would be far more helpful.
