if Mika were to be voted out as a director, he may well be gone as CFO, EVP or whatever position he may hold. It would be a huge rejection and signify a complete loss of confidence. I do not want him gone and it won't happen!  

He's an adequate money man and getting to be an above average advocate and spokesman. He's surely not the guy tasked with getting the tech over the finish line.
