John, you are correct if the JV actually pans out. It is a LOI and it may never come to fruition, or it may be altered. Frankly, it doesn't mean squat at this point and the market agrees with this assessment.

However, I agree that it will be great to hear from the Suresh and Vivek. As well, you are correct in that it has been too long.

I am tired, as I think most are, of the "maybe", "talking too", "working on", "discussions with", "tier" whatever, no naming them mentality of this company....and when they do name names that are know, and the connections seem wonderful at the time, they seem to fade off into the sunset and we seldom get any status updates.

I'm sorry, but these guys need to ante up asap, full stop.
