PP: For further clarification, I actually think what Lumenge was stating is that the Q2 results (if filed this week) may contain an update on the recently announced JV with Sanan amongst other things/developments as part of the M.D. & A. which would be appropriate under Continuous Disclosure rules. I do not think that the Lumenge post was meant to imply that there would be a separate NR specifically around the Sanan negotiations unless they were material as you have stated.
