Within one week management will provide a full report on progress of POET Inc to share holders. A report that may be muted a little by the lack of eyeball to eyeball contact, but nevertheless will leave us with a deeper understanding commercially and financially of where our investment stands. 

What we know already is that given four years of work on the OI project management believe that they can offer an innovative and viable solution to the Optical Integrated Circuit industry.  One that significantly lowers costs whilst raising performance of moving data in the form of photons.  For the industry this has been a perennial problem seeking a solution. POET has one and a good one too.

Given the many virticals, both known and unknown, that this solution potentially affects, gives this company the capacity to play a major part in a new industrial revolution. The uncertsin edgy new world order anxieties recently posted here seem to miss this point. 

My conclusion remains that as a gamble in a venture company which is at a pivotal development stage, PTK equates to an investment gem.  I would not want to miss this unique opportunity and remain very excited and optimistic.  The AGM is surely an opportunity for others to discover the fact.  

Yet, frequently I feel we are our own worst enemy here as regards SP. Anyone wanting to find out more about POET would view this site and be totally put off given the current level of negativity, anger and angst. 

We really need to lighten up.
