People, please..."I hope they're suing"....they are not. It's all in the MD&A. Management was either told, or came to the conclusion, that they were never going to get the money, accepted the loss in order to move on, and state quite clearly in their filing that the matter is now closed.

$2.5 million of our money.....not managements
