In the past Suresh said that if the DL sale did not go through they have other parties interested. There have been a lot of assumptions made about China Prosper and the DL purchase. Basically, the DL purchase got renegotiated (mutually beneficial terms) in order to help each other rather than hurt each other. Most of the money was paid anyway.

Because the company has kept us mostly in an information vaccuum regarding its potential deals, sometimes we might be merging separate situations in order to figure out why the change in the DL deal. The Sanai deal is probably a separate part of Poet's strategy all along is my guess. Of course, we anxiously await further granular details about this deal. Remember Poet's OI can address many different areas of the market, so progress on anything they do might be different information about different projects in progress.
