I think the skepticism of Rick, Okiedo and a few others is very appropriate. Danger signals I see include 1) dismissing the final $2.5 million due from DL like it doesn't matter; 2) hanging on the LOI as proof positive that our optimism is warranted; in the old days we used to call it "a lick and a promise!"  And the share price and volume show me that I am on the right track. JMHO

Yes I'm a newcomer here, but I'm long and a long-time observer.  Unfortunately, I've been down this road with a few other companies with similar stories and sub-optimal results!  GLTA
