I think we need to remember that management have no real control over the timing of news releases.  They do it when there is material news to share, not when they strategically wish to do it.  So the chances of news in the next fews days, to coincide with the AGM, isn't likely IMO.  No doubt they have many irons in the fire, that could lead to a material NR anday.  But they certainly aren't holding it back for the AGM.  

Let's just get past the AGM and move forward from there, as they are largely uneventful.
