Lumenge, I was writing my last post when yours was posted. We are thinking along the same lines (oops, danger Will Robinson); it's all about exposure to new investors (so long as our underlying assumption of success of the IO remains intact, of course). While Poet is trying, they haven't succeeded in that endeavor yet.
I agree re RS's, although in general you don't want to see them, they certainly don't all fail. We have the proper circumstances for success in an RS, but of course, there are no sure things.
The 2016 warrant holders, who with a little help from the traders on this board, may well be responsible for our case of PGNA (post good news anemia), should be overwhelmed by the large volume that might accompany an uplisting. But I don't see it happening anytime soon, it takes some time and effort, and unless it's another surprise, I really don't think Poet has been working on it - yet, although they are far from oblivious to it based on the Zack's write-up.
