I am not afraid of this. It shows Poet is in the right business and is way ahead.  Lightmatter seems to be in an earlyer stage and not integrating at wafer scale. 

Their CEO seems more extroverted than Poet's, but while Lightnatter builds up communication, Poet builds up a global company. I criticised Poet for its communication strategy sometimes, but as long as I have a choice I always would prefer the doing to the talking.
