I don't think you're being realistic, Tombot.  There is a reasonable chance they will have to raise more money within, say, 6-12 months. And if they do, I sure hope it's not with Wainwright- I agree with your sentiments. But if we need it, the terms will not be pleasing. That can't be surprising to anyone here. 

Comes with the territory, I'm not worried about it, as I think they learned what an underwriter can do.  Maybe DL will lend us some money - LOL oh, I forgot, they have trouble getting money out of China.
