I would not go as far as to say Poet has been "emphatic" regarding signing a definitive JV agreement  by the end of the month, more "quite optimistic."  Notwithstanding, I will be very surprised, and pleasantly so, if they are able to come to final agreement by end of September; it involves a lot of work and detail, I'm sure.  And of course, chances are a good deal of that was accomplished in negotiating the Letter of Intent.

If we do get the closure we seek very soon, I still wonder who will be listening to the news; I know we here will, and there probably be a few of us that want to invest some more at that point, but it's hard to imagine with the amount of shares so many of us already own, that our buying will move the price up all that much.  So, let's hope that plenty of others do hear about the deal closing and think that the time to place their bets has come.  We should know within three trading days of the announcement.
