Most of us are aware that arbitrary time lines, as they relate to agreements and contracts, rarely come to fruition on the date planned. The dotting of i's and crossing of t's is the stuff of lawyer's deams and their ilk recoil at the notion that the "billing" feeding frenzy is finally done!
That being said, after the percieved financial fiasco the Denselight sale became, this deal is becoming a critical moment in the credibility of management to "walk the walk"
