Boy, have we come along way with this company. We have a product that is direly needed in this computer age in so many ways.

    This product can be used in a variety of applications and by the 'Company's perspective' will be fairly easy to integrate into applications needed by industry.

    We now have a world class supplier that obviously did their due diligence, to see if this product is viable and also if there is a need for it. By their LOI. they wholeheartedly have given our product a double thumbs up.(Check out what Sanan is all about if you haven't already...amazing.)

   My bold prediction is that this deal gets finalized as planned in the 3rd quarter and the warrants get extended for 1-3 months.

Of course this is all IMHO'
