First off, there are NO employees at Denselight that work For POET any more. That's a for certain.

The new space, at present, is a smaller test lab facility located not far from Denselight's location

Denselight does supply lasers to POET and the proximity on Changi allows for fairly fast change orders and subsequent resupply for new configuration testing. POET's new location has the space for expansion as required, and these new hires would indicate that they may well be in the process of expansion.

The R&D aspect of new OI configurations and testing there is in keeping with the company's fab light model.
