POET seems to be making the right moves, and Shenzhen is a particularly strong one.  They've almost 15,000 high technology companies in that insanely innovative city.  I am expecting our Asian business to explode because of the upcoming Sanan JV, and Shenzhen address we will have.  Huawei was born there, and the success of many businesses in Shenzhen is tied to the continued success of Huawei, but also,  because of Huawei being shunned by much of the world, there is a significant contraction taking place in the broader technology industry throughout China.  Currently, POET has the benefit of seeing how all of this is playing out, and thereby hopefully avoiding the pitfalls.  We'll probably get a break on the cost of the lease in the current market over there.
