    When this stock starts to trade over a $1.00 on a consistent basis, investing institutions will start to take a very serious look at taking a position in this stock.

   These institutions will accumulate gradually but significant amounts.  Who knows, some may want to have between 5 million to 20 million shares.

   When and if this happens, think of what that will do for available shares and obviously share price if 10 or 11 investment institutions start taking positions in POET.
