Baba, IMO its mostly baked. In saying this, I am just referring to the announcement of the formalized partnership.  What I am hoping, and others have already commented on, is that the announcement will come with additional goodies sufficient to drive the SP.  Failing that, other news unrelated to Sanan (ie Tier 1 contract, etc.) will be required to get SP up into warrant territory.  My guess is we will need to have one or all of this by the end of the month to get the warrants in play.

I'm not really sure how critical it is for the company to get these exercised, but its usually safe to say, extra cash never hurts...
