The language and structure of the DL deal and Sanan are vastly different. The DL deal was peculiar from the get go. Drawn out closing, multiple payments and delays. And for what 26,000,000?

Sanan on the other hand is putting up the majority of cash. The JV was announced the end of June. The aggrement was to be signed in basically 90 days, end of September. Pretty quick considering. My guess is this week! Otherwise Mika would have said the end of October or early November. He said " shortly after the Golden Week Holiday in China, which ends on October 10th, 2020"

Sanan is no DL and the circumstances in my opinion are very different!
