Well I was correct in that the Warrants would be extended 1- 3 months (Clap, clap) and incorrect in thinking that the Sana deal would be finalized end of September.(no clap, clap.)

   I actually am glad that this finalization is taking a little more time because I feel there is so much more to this LOI. Both sides have a fiduciary responsibility to there companies to exhaust every plausible scenario that could be anticipated or predicted. This takes time and especially in some uncharted waters.

   I am sure there is a multiple of contingencies that are all part and parcel to this agreement too. So moving forward supply agreements and timelines can be flexible.

   Today is Tuesday, there could be an after hours announcement. But we shall see, this is one time in POET's history where I have never been more excited.
