It is very discouraging, that we always seem to wait for big news to be finalized and it really does nothing to the stock price.  Up .03 cents on a definitive agreement at this point in time.  I did expect more, even though I know that I shouldn't.

Everytime, this Board then asks...what will it take??  Hoping for more news on top of this news in the next week or the .75 warrants will be kiboshed.
