Message: IMO, what we need.

Wouldn't funding from the Canadian government come with strings attached?  i.e persuing an asian market might not sit well with them, considering they've invested. I suspect POET didn't want to be in some way dictated to, if they had persued such financing. 

Didn't some contracts get awarded to POET, back when it was OPEL, for developing the POET chip?? I don't remeber it doing much for their success then.  I also remember NASA being involved.  

It doesn't worry me that POET hasn't gone down this route. Sanan's approval will do for me and the European entity and the Tier 1.
