You are correct Rainer! The overhang (52 warrants) is too much for the Management.75 cents warrants. The 36 cents (52 cents warrant) financing were pre-Thomas Mika & a desperate Suresh to after buying Denselight & BB Photonics. Steep price to pay, but obviously the right thing to do for this stock, otherwise we would've been at a "one-way, dead end street"
