So do you honestly believe management buying a few thousand or even 10's if thousands of shares would have one iota of influence on the SP? They've just signed the single biggest contract in their short history. With the largest IC manufacturer around and it's done nothing. 

Unless of course you a trying to flip some shares for 10% gains. I'm sorry the only people wanting that to happen are the penny flippers.
