Zax, the .52 warrant overhang should not exist since those warrants do not expire until Nov 2021

However, there is a small subset of those buyers who are only interested in using the .52 warrant leverage as a trading vehicle to cover shorts (which do not have be declared).

At this point  in time it would  appear  that any  efforts to get the  .75 warrants  in  the  money  are just meeting with  too much resistance  to happen. The  company  has signaled that  the last extension is the last extension. If those  warrants expire out  of the money that  overhang will  be removed and  may allow the holders of the .52  warrants to wait  for  the  successes of this company to drive the  share price up so everyone can make some real money. Better for them to make some real money instead of penny flipping.

That  being said  there is  always  the  possibility of a  blockbuster news release that can generate  the  volume required to overcome any overhang.
