Mika clearly distanced himself from that offering. He was clear on that at the time of the financing. I'm not a big Mika fan, but them's the facts. 

He attended Harvard Business School!  Impressive, but does anyone really trust Harvard guys?  LOL.

His career seemed to take him to the sales and promotional end of corporate finance. Depending on what kind of companies you're working for, you will be exposed to different kinds of investment bankers. Some specialize in speculative, developmental companies, and I'm guessing he became very familiar with several over the years.

It's a plus he has a tech background, as he can talk the tech talk very well when it comes to presenting to tech investors and we have others to talk to actual tech experts.
