Like you said. The past is the past and there could have been many reasons for a failed or tepid outcome. I would say its more transparent to leave it on there as opposed to intentially omit prior experience. My point was the guy is educated and held some important roles. More than I knew about.

Now as far as orchestrating that debacle of a financing in 2016. Thats a different story;)
