So you wouldn't subscribe to the thought that Sanan, being the huge company it is. With the multitude of companies it supplies. None of them have been lined up as customers already?

I believe it would be highly surprising if they have entered this JV and put in millions of dollars forward and only identified potential customers. That would seem rather amateurish to me. 

No I believe they have, IMO, identified, met with and lined up customers.
