Lud: I am confused. For Poet to sell 400g optical engines outside of China, Poet has to procure the optical engines from Super Photonics? If that is the case, does this mean we are not working on 400g optical engines with our NA Tier 1 partner/customer?

No POET is not working with the NA Tier1 customer on 400G optical engines. They are building 400G optical engines for them not with them. To the customers standards.

POET setup operations in Allentown to access the supply chain and be close to customers. They needed a Sanan type JV in NA to supply the NA customer(s).

Does the  Sanan deal offer that capacity in a US operation? Is it a backup? POET needs to establish capacity in the US I think that is a given.
