The easiest way to get these warrants exercised + some cash for PTK: Poet should get our Tier1 in - with a small private placement at a significant price, e.g. 5% of the float at >1 CAD. In this case, I am sure the SP would react and warrants (also at 0,75 CAD) would get executed.
