I think some are overboard on Mika. He's doing his job, and it's no easy one. He is not in charge of making the share price rise. If that is to be one key criterion for being canned, then they might as well fire the lot.  

The OI needs to be embraced by the photonics portion of the electrical engineering industry. I think we're getting there. I don't think actual sales are required for the share price to reflect the potential. 

We need the OI to be recognized for what we believe it to be. And we'd better hope our techies have evaluated its attributes accurately based on their interpretation of various sources of information. Management is certainly optimistic on those difference-making attributes.
