One more thing I forgot to mention was about the LOI for the JV. He said people didn't give it much credibility because it was just a LOI. He said jokingly, if it was a signed contract it wouldn't be a LOI then would it? I don't know about anyone else but it meant something to me. Pretty standard form of business. no?
