One obvious option would be NVIDIA.

But my first choice would be TESLA. Their first version of Dojo mainframe should be ready in 2021. And their 4th generation of FSD computer is also around the corner. Here it is all about low energy consumption, as a ROBOTAXI can not spend too much battery power for the AI works...
