I will contact IBK today and make also a proposal:
Asian companies are doing this all the time: They issue free warrants to existing shareholders, well in the money and with a short period of expiry (e.g. one month). So you can execute, or sell them to a designated issuer (e.g. IBK). By this finally, there is little dilution, and only for the SH not willing to help.
Did anyone of you see such financing in Conada?

So far the debentures were a good investment for me, and it worked out even that I am in EU (Germany)...
