I agree, Tom did a much better job, the slide deck was good too, we need a little more detail on customer engagements as to why they need the products they're asking for (ie it saves them money, can't afford anymore cooling costs, increased speed, whatever the case may be)  but overall the tone was good, his understanding of his material was much more perceivable in this presentation than any previous ones he's done so far.
