I really don't think Sanan would ink a deal with POET if what you allegedly say about Denselight and their intent with their deal has any merit.  It makes no sense with that logic.

   Denselight has strong positive ties with POET and a deal was made with Denselight with POET regarding the $2,500,000 shortfall which we as shareholders aren't privy to. It was good for both sides, so whatever agreement was made, means it was negotiated from POET's side and Denselight's side. End of story.
