Thanks, MtnView.  Actually, this was an article I stumbled across while researching something else for a different Agoracom Hub and I was just curious as to what the implications of the article were for POET, if any.  I was hoping that one of the Techies here on this Hub might comment about it, if they felt it was germain.  Looks like they didn't think so, but no one did provide any explanation until you posted about it, so thanks, MtnView. 

I had no idea whether or not the article had any significance relative to POET.
