Babaoriley : smells like a money raise.

The last short form prospectus was filed on Sedar october 15th 2018 and it remained in effect for 25 months (november 15th 2020).

So no financing possible until a new one is filed and a new corporate presentation (with a possible cc) is shared publicly.
