Well, to date Baba, they have done the same as everybody else. That being, talking endlessly about the need for co-packaged photonics and, like everyone else, to date, has failed to make any significant progress toward a solution that is faster, cooler, cheaper.

Except, that is, for this tiny little start up that has now cosied up with the LARGEST wafer maker in the WORLD, and that we are all watching with great interest!!

And, with the POET OI and the Sanan partnership, Super Photonics could well become a Tier 1 in their own right, with the Optical Engine packaged and offered for sale as a sub assembly
