Fairchij: So when the Chinese market pegs the value of SuperP POET`s ownership in that company should be reflected in POET`s share price.

Until then, you can say that POET’s stake in Super Photonics is worth 48.5 % of that $50 million, or $24.25 million, not counting POET’s non-cash contributions.

Alternatively, you can say that Sanan IC values POET’s non-cash contributions as being worth $47.1 million.
