Poet Holdings (ISIN: US7304471094) was a Software Company, merged with Versant, which was bought by Actian (Palo Alto, still working on big data). So, PTK was quite different, not to be mixed up with the biofuel company Poet LLC and Poet Software GmbH in Germany ;-)
