I'm not sure if POET even knows how the lightbar and flip clip will react in the long term stress tests since they have just invented them. The main point is that the inventions have been made!

I believe that they have full understanding of how well the product will hold up long term. It just needs to be proven, to a degree and documented. Mr North American Tier 1 and other customers just won't sign large production orders without the qualification period.
