From the first time I met and saw Suresh in action (his first AGM in San Jose and I believe he had recently taken over from PC), I was very impressed. I've been increasingly impressed as time has gone on. I think he's brilliant and likely a guy who knows how to hire tech talent, and if it turns out he was wrong in the hire, doesn't hesitate to address it.
I also think he has an excellent manner of talking to people (in person or on Zoom), not the slightly socially awkward scientist type like GT, but still one who speaks with earnest that causes you to believe, "yeah, even though I have little idea of what this guy just said, he is definitely on a mission, and he can bring it home." I think he's the perfect leader of this company.
