We can all feel free to speculate on the nature of this meeting but please you have to understand that there is a process to call and conduct a special shareholder meeting. 

The first thing PTK did it to advise the CDS of their intent to held that meeting which than get flagged via SEDAR and which flagged by Royalton to our attention (good catch). 

Something newsworthy or deemed material will have to be issued via news release and it still could happen. If not, than it will probably be a corporate matter, such as a change to the shareholder plan by example.

One sure thing is that they require the shareholder approbation to perform something and it need to be approved soon :)

Next step (if no news is released) is that shareholders will recieve the whereabouts this meeting or some posters of this forum might fond out before the mailman gets to you... 

Considering the number of years some of us have been invested in Poet, a mere couple of days should not be too much too wait no?
