Message: What this special meeting is for

So let's assume a bigger player wants a stake in Poet.

This has to be voted on by shareholders. So Poet allready sets the date for voting.

The price for this X% of the company? Not set in stone yet, therefor no official NR needed?

Why no price yet? Maybe because Poet wants to wait last-minute to come to an agreement of a price worthy proposing it to shareholders. What sets a fair price, a combination of sp, (future) revenue, what's inside the box, potential etc...

So being Poet, just opening the floodgates and having momentum, you wanna leverage that.

Also being Poet, i guess you don't want that big player name out until price is set. It would ofc make even more momentum on your sp, but you do not want your counterpart in negotiation taking credit for that rise, and by that taking some of your efforts in creating a rising sp on their 'achievement' of buying into you.

Another point for not having a price-agreement yet, we, but also the big player, do not know what Poet maybe is going to come up with next, before the ultimate date for a price.

Does this make any sense?
