Runway continues to extend, great news.  Despite the stigma that an RS carries within the investment community it is nothing more than than a ratio, as stated.  We will each continue to own the same percentage of the company if one should occur.  And if this does give us some institutional buyers we will all be very pleased.  

Management has told us before these steps would not be taken until the company is ready.  Exciting times indeed.
