In my opinion, such an RS has three different aspects:

1. Mathematically, the net effect is zero (except for any roundings, but meh).
2. Psychologically, the effect is detrimental, because … well, many investors do think so, even if essentially nothing changes.
3. Access to US institutional investors and a listing on a “senior stock exchange” would be super plus with five stars, outweighing item 2., because there it so much potential in the US, which we have only scratched at the surface, if at all.
