Get real. Anyone following th estroy knows that the fundamentals are moving with us. This is only  a negative if you allow people to drive the negative psychology side. 

Precision Drilling did an RS in November  - 20:1 at 96 cents.  Today at $30.  Two months +50%.  Yes fundamentals are working in the right direction for the company and they did it to retain institutional support. The day of the RS the shares dropped 2.3%.

What POET is doing is a similar mass positive on fundamentals.  While the share price decline we see may be worse - that is a function of the exchange on which we are listed and the lack of institutional support.  

Send it all in.  Sell like crazy fear mongerers. My hands are open......catching all i can.  Needham conference in a couple of days......
