BCD, for how long have people drooled over the prospect of having institutional investors on board?  Management is now accelerating that opportunity. And now you and others knock the idea.

If we're fortunate enough to get a few institutions invested, I think they'd like to make money just like we would. 

A substantial percentage of times, a consolidation is the sign of a company just trying to hang on. That's not the case here.
